The staff was incredibly friendly and

made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was nicely furnished and had great amenities, although I wished there were more food options available late at night.

Room price confusion led to frustration.

The lack of sun loungers by the pool left me disappointed!!! Plus, for the price, I expected more kid-friendly entertainment options. A little warmth in the pool wouldn't hurt either!!!

Also, the breakfast price seems excessive at $30, considering many more affordable and delightful options are available nearby. Lastly, the design in the Superior King Room leans heavily toward an older aesthetic, lacking modern flair and fresh ventilation in the bathroom, which some might find unappealing.

Excellent service and comfortable stay

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and the check-in was seamless. My Superior King Room was spacious, immaculate, and had a stunning view of the city, making my stay truly enjoyable. I particularly loved the extensive breakfast options and the high-quality toiletries provided. However, the cleaning staff could improve by ensuring doors are closed properly after servicing the rooms.

I had a great stay where I enjoyed the awesome breakfast options and the fantastic ambiance throughout the hotel. However, the room service menu felt a bit stale and could use more variety. I’d definitely go back!

The family room was spacious and perfect for our needs. It had a really comfy bed and the cleanliness was impressive. Amenities were thoughtful too, with everything we needed. Just a couple of times, we noticed the cleaning staff leaving doors open, which felt a bit off. Overall, it was a great stay in a well-maintained room.

Had such a nice stay. The two-bedroom residence was perfect for our crew! Super clean, and the staff were really friendly, which made everything better. Meals were included—breakfast was especially good. Wish I could’ve enjoyed a higher floor for better views, though. But overall, a solid experience!

the moevenpick hotel & residences is conveniently located next to a shopping mall. loved the spa included in our room rate and the pool was great for our family. the gym on the 22nd floor has an amazing view, and the staff were super kind and helpful. our family room was comfy, making our stay enjoyable.
